This place is amazing. It is in a plaza and not seen from University. I went online looking for a new restaurant in Coral Springs and stumbled across this gem. Atmosphere is nice. Our server was Sunny. He was polite, attentive , friendly and took the time to politely explain any questions I had regarding the menu selections. I ordered the dragon chicken and the potato filled deep fried appetizer. Sorry I can’t think of the name. I also had curry chicken and my son had the brown butter chicken, both delicious. Plus the naan. Enjoyed a hot tea and got a mango sassy to go with a slice of mango cheese cake to go. First meal of the day so I ate with my eyes. Great food, great service and fair prices. My new favorite Indian restaurant. Highly recommend. ~ Denise J

Jalsa is an amazing fine-dining Indian restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere and great service. The food was delicious. The malai kofta was creamy and flavorful, the bullet naan had a nice spicy kick, and the cheese naan was soft and cheesy. The gobi Manchurian was crispy and perfectly sauced. The highlight for me was the chocolate lava cake dessert. It was served in a very unique way with cold smoke flowing around the bowl, which made it look really dramatic and elegant. Inside was warm chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate drizzle, topped with a flower garnish and served with a gold spoon. It tasted just as good as it looked. Overall, everything from the food to the presentation was excellent. I would definitely recommend Jalsa and will be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ~ Nina S

The kind of space that makes you slow down and be present. The service was exceptional. Fenil was attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. And the food -every dish was layered with flavor. Bold, rich, and beautifully balanced. You can taste the intention behind each bite—modern Indian cuisine done in a way that feels both elevated and comforting. We recently had guests visiting to our city and took them to Jalsa in Coral Springs—and it was such a wonderful experience! 🌟 The food was absolutely delicious, with beautiful presentation and rich, authentic flavors. Everything we tried was truly enjoyable. A special mention to Fenil, who was outstanding in understanding our vegan preferences and customizing dishes to a mild spice level—he made the whole experience even better. Our friends and kids especially loved the Manchurian, brownie, kulfi samosa and most of all dishes —each dish was a big hit at the table! We’ll definitely be coming back again soon. Had a really fantastic meal for dinner earlier tonight. Indian food is one of my favorite cuisines, and this dinner was one of the best that I can remember. Tables are large and spacious and it’s a nice atmosphere even when it gets busy. Our waiter was very kind and answered all of our questions. We ended up ordering the “green” chicken tikka appetizer which the video shows where it arrives at your table similar to ordering fajitas somewhere. In addition to that, three of us split Lamb Rogan Josh (which may have been the best I ever had), a really delightful Dosa that comes out served on a large metal tray, a double lentil dish, and some chicken tikka naan, which was a delight to eat. We will definitely be back, and we asked for everything mild and it had the perfect spice level. Cannot recommend this place enough! ~ Harrison C

The space is modern, perfect for a date or special occasion but the food is really what makes this place standout from the competition. Jalsa Indian Modern Kitchen is where tradition meets innovation. Bold spices, refined flavors, and a modern twist on Indian classics. 🇮🇳 I highly recommend starting with the Pani Puri shots and Tandoori. If you like spicy, then get the Lamb Rogan Josh and Briyani or any of their “real” curries. They have so much more on the menu so I guess I just need to come back in the near future! ~ Angelo R

I just stopped by yesterday to try Indian food and me and my daughter loved the food.He gave us time to look over the menu , didn't feel rushed.The food came out quickly too..They give you a lot of food for your money.I was pleasantly surprised when the bill came.I even asked him if he made a mistake because it wasn't a lot of money.He even showed me what was on the bill .I still couldn't believe how little it cost We couldn't eat it all,so we took the leftovers home...The man who runs it(Sorry I forgot his name)was very attentive,I love the music that was playing We will definitely go back there.It now one of my favorite places. ~ Donna c

If you're looking for Indian food that delivers on flavor, Jalsa Indian Cuisine is absolutely worth a visit. I started with the pani puri shots, which were fun, flavorful, and a great way to kick off the meal. The Chicken 65 was another standout—crispy, packed with flavor, and the perfect dish to share with the table. For my entrée, I had the curry fish, which was cooked beautifully and had a rich, well-balanced sauce that paired perfectly with the meal. And of course, I couldn't leave without trying the gulab jamun. It was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic dinner. What I really appreciate about Jalsa is that they can tailor the spice level to your preference. If you love extra heat, they'll bring it, but if you're like me and enjoy Indian cuisine without overwhelming spice, they absolutely nail that too. Coming here is a must if you like food! Our waiter Fenil was awesome, the decor was really pretty, the vibes were calm, and there was good ambient music. You could come here for a casual lunch or a nice dinner. The food was an experience; some really cool options (the pani puri shots) with great presentation and everything was delicious. I especially appreciated that the food wasn't oily or heavy. We will be coming back. Our Daughter told us about this beautiful and cozy place. But we can not describe the experience with words. It is the BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT IN TOWN!!!!!!! The atmosphere is beautiful, the decor is beautiful the servers friendly and polite, professional, the FOOD IS SO DELICIOUS SO GOOD IS A FLIGHT TO INDIA AND BACK! HOME MADE FOOD!!! Had a wonderful experience here! Sunny was our server, and he was absolutely fantastic, friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The food was excellent with plenty of vegetarian options. I had the vegetarian garlic noodles and the vegetarian dumplings, and both were absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. I recently went to Jalsa on a date night with my husband and we had a great experience. Food was delicious and the atmosphere too. We are definitely coming back. The experience is elevated Indian cuisine with affordable prices. It's the perfect place to celebrate a birthday, graduation, anniversary or any occasion. It's kids friendly. Came here on a whim after seeing it recommended in a local food group and I'm so glad I did. The masala dosa was crispy on the outside perfectly spiced inside honestly one of the best I've had outside of South India. This place has quickly become my go-to spot whenever I'm craving something authentic. ~ Neha V

I brought my whole family here to celebrate my dad's birthday and everyone left happy which is no small feat with our group. The chilli paneer had a gorgeous kick to it and the jeera rice was fragrant and fluffy a great combination. My husband and I went there during their soft opening. Food was absolutely amazing and the staff could not have been more attentive. Lentil soup and the Manchow soup were both incredible. Great Indian food! This used to be Honest, which was more like Indian street food and had a more laid back feel, but has changed to a modern and more upscale restaurant. The decór and food were still amazing. Only wish the naan size was bigger for the price paid. Didn't get to try the dosa yet. ~ Niral P
